These are also called bottom-to-bottom squats. They hurt so good! Try doing them in a tabata circuit. No weight, just body weight.

I started with walking 45 mins a few mornings a week plus one or two gym classes, and cutting back on processed foods. Now I eat super healthy 80-90% of the time and I do more weight training at the gym, my life has completely evolved! If you start with a mix of cardio and some body weight excercise (push-ups, squats etc) and reduce your amount of processed carbs and sweets you’ll definitely notice a difference.
